Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. Jalsa
1 tablespoon sour cream

Mix Jalsa and sour cream together

Place chicken and Jalsa/sour cream mix in a slow cooker for 4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender

Remove chicken from slow cooker, allow to cool and shred by hand

Serve in soft or hard shell tacos, over tortilla chips or in a quesadilla…the possibilities are endless!
