1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Jalsa
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
2 shakes garlic powder
Whisk ingredients together in small bowl.
Pour marinade over cut beef/chicken/tofu/paneer and vegetables desired (peppers, onions, potatoes, etc. all cut into strips). Let sit for at least 1 hours.
Grill protein and vegetables, serve in warm tortilla with Cilantro Jalsa Dressing
